Excellent condition, structurally
Cosmetically, there are more than the normal rubs, dings, scratches & wear associated with household use. The most wear is on the top and dresser sides. The right side has horizontal indentations as pictured. The left side has 2 longer vertical indentations. The front edge has small nibs, the right front corner has a ding that is visible upon close inspection. The top has multiple cosmetic areas. The price has been reduced for the cosmetic wear. The buyer may want to have this rare hard to find chest of drawers restored. Consequently, there is a the huge gap between original cost and asking price. Many of the areas are not that visible if you have a darker or low light bedroom.
Shipment is not included.
Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up.
