    Excellent condition, structurally.
    Cosmetically, it has
    more than the normal
    scratches, rubs, and areas associated with household use. As typical, the most evidence of use is on the top which has mars. There is a mar on the right side and a mar on the side upper piece.

    Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up.
