    Description

    Gorgeous Oil Painted Small Mahogany Laquer Footed Chest 15X22 1/2X13”. Incredible combination of Artwork and storage. This small trunk is oil painted on its flip top and front.
    The Art work is beautiful. The top is 2 pheasants among trees and fall leaves and the front is the Autumn colors of trees .
    There are handles to carry this chest on both ends. The chest is footed- one back foot has some scuffs and there is a nick on the front lip - see pictures 11 and 12.
    The inside of the trunk is shiny black lacquer and in excellent condition. I do not know the history of this piece or the age as it was an estate find . The Artwork is not signed.
    I will be listing this piece with FedEx as the carrier because of its weight and value. The least expensive way to ship is FedEx Ground to a business address.
