GOURD MOUTH ORGAN, FREE REED WIND INSTRUMENT.
This was an item I purchased long ago from Lark In The Morning.  The item resembles a Cambodian Ploy most closely.  This is a gourd with five pipes attached each having a hole that, when covered, will generate a note.
The Item is in good condition but it was never very accurate in reproducing notes on certain pipes.  Maybe it was just the player!
