This auction is for a M. Hohner Extra Feine Silberstimmung Quartet Pinwheel Harmonica. Couldn’t find much info researching, but based on similar items it appears this was made in the 1930s. Condition is "Used". As you can see in the photos, it has seen better days. One of the harmonicas comprising the quartet is missing. Also, you will notice general wear, worn finish, discoloration or grime on the metal and rust.
